What are you doing to find your JOY today?

I woke up grateful to be alive.
I biked for an hour this morning.
I listened to a wonderful guided meditation that inspired, elevated and supported me.
I made a wonderful fruit smoothie that turned out to be a fabulous purply color and tasted amazing!
I spent time talking with my soulmate husband.
I looked at some new photos of my 16 month old ADORABLE grandson.
I organized the pretty jars of nuts, etc on my kitchen counter.
I appreciated my beautiful new kitchen.
I looked out my office window, watching the wind blow the palm trees and oak branches, and listening to the birds sing.
I stretched my muscles, sore from yesterday's workout.
I breathed deeply and fully.
I ate something crunchy.
I am connecting with you through this blog

It's this simple. Now find yours.

enJOY!
